Mercy Corps is a global team of humanitarians working together on the front lines of today’s biggest crises to create a future of possibility, where everyone can prosper.
Our mission: to alleviate suffering, poverty, and oppression by helping people build secure, productive, and just communities. In more than 40+ countries around the world, over 5,600+ team members work side by side with people living through poverty, disaster, violent conflict, and the acute impacts of climate change. We’re committed to creating global change through local impact — 84% of our team members are from the countries where they work.
We bring a comprehensive approach to every challenge, addressing problems from multiple angles. And we go beyond emergency aid, partnering with local governments, forward-thinking corporations, social entrepreneurs, and people living in fragile communities to develop bold solutions that make lasting change possible.
We invite you to watch the short video below, learn more about our work, and join us on our journey to change the world for good.

Consortium of Ethiopian Human Rights Organizations (CEHRO)
The Consortium of Ethiopian Human Rights Organizations (CEHRO) is a Civil Society Organization registered under the Civil Society Organization (CSOs) Proclamation No. 1113/2011, Registration No. 3932 and a consortium of 30 CSOs working on Human Rights, democracy and peace-building. The consortium is working to promote the protection of Human Rights by creating a common platform for CSOs to have their voices heard and to initiate evidence-based advocacy. It is also working to strengthen the capacity of existing and new Human Rights organizations.

The Donkey Sanctuary was founded by Dr Elisabeth Svendsen in 1969. Since then, the charity has steadily grown into an international animal welfare organisation at the forefront of transforming the lives of millions of donkeys and supporting the people who care for them.

Millions of people die from preventable health threats. These deaths don’t just devastate families, they also weaken communities and economies.
Solutions exist but are out of reach for too many people. We collaborate to close the gap between proven, life-saving solutions and the people who need them. Since 2017, we’ve worked with governments and other partners in more than 60 countries to save millions of lives.
We work toward a future where people live longer, healthier lives, communities flourish, and economies thrive. This is an ambitious vision, and it inspires us and our partners to make progress every day.
Resolve to Save Lives was created by Dr. Tom Frieden, former director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our initial funders include Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Gates Philanthropy Partners, which is funded with support from the Chan Zuckerberg Foundation.

Four years after he was diagnosed with cancer, and knowing he didn’t have much longer to live, Fred and Gabi Hollows decided they needed to find a way to continue his work. They started The Foundation with a group of friends and supporters to keep alive Fred’s dream: that everyone, no matter whether rich or poor, would have the right to high quality and affordable eye care. They promised to continue to fight for the change Fred so badly wanted.
Today we continue Fred’s vision: we see a world in which no person is needlessly blind and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders exercise their right to good health.

For 80 years, CARE has been there, every day and in times of crisis.
We are a trusted partner in creating long-term solutions and a better life for women and families around the world.
This is our commitment to ourselves, our partners, our staff, and the communities we live in and serve. No matter the challenge, we work alongside our neighbors to find solutions that are right for them. In times of conflict or disaster, we share the hardship and the recovery.
CARE is always there, and for as long as we are needed, we always will be. Whenever it’s needed, whatever happens, no matter what.

Sustainably growing Africa’s food systems AGRA is a proudly African-led institution focused on scaling agricultural innovations that help smallholder farmers towards increased incomes, better livelihoods, and improved food security. We understand that African farmers need uniquely African solutions to the environmental and agricultural challenges they face, enabling them to sustainably boost production and gain access to rapidly growing agricultural markets. In short, AGRA’s mission is to transform the lives of smallholder farmers from that of a solitary struggle for survival to a business that thrives.
Since 2006, we have worked with our partners, governments, non-governmental organizations, private sector businesses, and more; to deliver a set of proven solutions to smallholder farmers and indigenous African agricultural enterprises. We put smallholder farmers first on the agenda, recognizing that no country has moved from low income to middle income without agricultural transformation.

Our vision: A fair world for everyone
Our purpose is to create lasting change through volunteering. At VSO we do development differently. We harness the skills and expertise of volunteers to deliver long lasting change.
We put people first and empower them to be in the driving seat of their own development. Our volunteers work in collaboration with marginalized communities in every aspect of project design, delivery and evaluation, enabling the world's poorest communities to take charge of their own change.

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is the world’s largest humanitarian network. Our secretariat supports local Red Cross and Red Crescent action in more than 191 countries, bringing together more than 16 million volunteers for the good of humanity.
