- Reducing the Humanitarian Impact of Poverty and Natural Disasters: Delivering critical interventions for populations affected by drought and conflict, including emergency WASH supplies, hygiene promotion, health and nutrition assistance, emergency livestock health support, education in emergencies, and cash-based interventions (cash transfers and cash-for-work).
- Empowering Local Communities to Emerge from Poverty and Vulnerability: Advancing resilience, livelihood enhancement, capacity building, and essential social infrastructure—such as sustainable water development for pastoralist communities, vulnerable children, urban youth, and widowed women.
