
Established in 1984, Self Help Africa (SHA) is an international development organisation working through agriculture and agri-enterprise development to address hunger, poverty, social inequality, and climate change. SHA believes equitable economic development is key to empowering communities and improving quality of life.
The Gender & Nutrition Advisor serves as the technical resource person for Nutrition and Gender within the SHA Ethiopia Programme. The role involves ensuring strong nutrition and gender elements throughout the project cycle—from concept development and proposal writing to programme delivery, M&E, and evaluation. The goal is to promote technical excellence and innovative development practices, specifically nutrition-sensitive agriculture and gender mainstreaming.
