
SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world's leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with a qualified, experienced, and competent Consultancy firm to conduct Immunization Budget Tracking at the 16 BOOST project woredas, Amhara, Oromia, and Somali regions, and national levels. Therefore, interested Consultant Firm that have experience in the sector are invited to submit their proposal to provide the requested service. The detailed criteria are included in the ToR.

The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:
Technical Document: Interested applicants should submit their technical document in a soft copy by clearly mentioning the title in the subject of the study "Consultant Firm to conduct Immunization Budget Tracking in the 16 BOOST project & the national level", tender reference number (SCI-ET-2026-003) and Consultant Name using an email address ethiopia.bidsubm@savethechildren.org. No later than COB February 10, 2026.
Important Notes:
Financial Document should be submitted in a sealed envelope by clearly mentioning the bidder's name, address, tender reference number (SCI-ET-2026-003), and the tender title at the SCI office, Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Meskel Square, next to Marriott Hotel, Sunshine building, 6th floor, Supply chain office. No later than COB February 10, 2026. Submission of a financial document in a soft copy will result in disqualification.
Supporting Documentation: All other required technical documents and supporting materials as specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
Potential consultants may obtain the TOR from Ethio jobs link until the proposal submission date. SCI reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial, or in its entirety.
