Job Summary
Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients at American Medical Center (AMC).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures and examinations.
- Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medication, and health care.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide necessary first aid and nursing interventions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
- Maintain professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and good communication with patients and colleagues.
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSc) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional nursing license and registration.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Good computer literacy and ability to maintain electronic or written medical records.
- Professional, compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
