Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify and plan Indirect Materials (IM) needs through close coordination with user departments.
• Source, evaluate, and approve suppliers, including conducting audits when required.
• Support user departments in defining optimal IM specifications.
• Secure best-value agreements by following the Tactical Purchasing Process and using appropriate contract formats.
• Implement and monitor relevant global or regional agreements.
• Place and track orders, control invoices, and report agreed KPIs to the Purchasing Manager.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher within a relevant field.
• Over three years of relevant experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company.

Additional Requirements

• Experience with and understanding of ERP and planning processes.
• Exposure to greenfield project purchases.
