Railway & Transport Support: Signed a five-year technical consultancy agreement with the Ethio-Djibouti Standard Gauge Railway Share Company (EDR) to maintain sustainable operations, alongside work on the Addis Ababa–Adama Expressway. Modjo Dry Port Expansion: Undertook the $110 million expansion of Ethiopia's largest dry port to boost landlocked logistics with Djibouti. Industrial Parks: Built major manufacturing hubs, including the Hawassa Industrial Park, alongside agreements for facilities in Bahir Dar and Adama. Gada Special Economic Zone: Partnered to co-develop a 1,000-hectare commercial, industrial, and logistics hub in the Oromia region.
