Public Private Partnership Division Manager

Job Summary
The Public Private Partnership Division Manager provides leadership and strategic direction to optimize the branch’s resource mobilization, local partnerships, and income-generating activities (IGAs). The role designs and executes fundraising campaigns, manages commercial assets (such as multi-purpose buildings, pharmacies, and farmlands), secures government subsidies and corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds, expands the membership base, and ensures long-term financial sustainability for the Society's humanitarian programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Target Execution: Implement annual resource mobilization, income generation, local partnership, and membership growth targets aligned with national ERCS policies and strategies.
- Income-Generating Activities (IGAs) Management: Oversee and diversify profitable IGA schemes, including leased properties, multi-purpose buildings/shops, pharmacy outlets, and agricultural farmlands; conduct feasibility studies and market assessments.
- Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local government authorities, private sector actors, corporate companies (CSR), NGOs, and community stakeholders to secure funding and support.
- Fundraising & Campaigns: Design and execute high-level fundraising initiatives, sponsorships, public events, and persuasive proposals to attract financial support and enhance ERCS visibility.
- Membership Development: Implement recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies for individual and institutional members while maintaining an updated membership database.
- Financial Tracking & Reporting: Ensure transparent financial tracking, regular reporting of income streams, and strict compliance with ERCS policies, donor guidelines, and humanitarian principles.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Education: Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Development, Public Administration, Economics, Fundraising Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience for Master's degree holders (with at least 3 years in a senior position), or 8 years for Bachelor's degree holders (with at least 4 years in a senior position).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management abilities.
- Excellent proposal writing, financial tracking, and business planning skills.
- Deep knowledge of resource mobilization, market assessments, and stakeholder relationship management.
