Began work in Ethiopia, 1999 in response to severe drought that happened in Ethiopia's Somali region. Currently, providing assistance in ten different regions implementing emergency and development programs in health, water and sanitation, economic recovery and development (ERD), women's protection and empowerment, education, child protection, and multi-sectoral emergency response.
The Supply Chain Intern will support IRC's supply chain compliance efforts by ensuring procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and audit‑ready across both Addis Ababa and field offices. The role focuses on strengthening documentation standards, enhancing digital filing quality across Integra and Box, and supporting procurement teams to meet SOP requirements. This internship provides hands‑on experience with procurement compliance, ERP systems, digital record management, and audit preparation.
