SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia), the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children, intends to enter into an agreement with qualified, experienced, and competent Consultancy Firms to conduct an Integrated Baseline, MHPSS Situation Assessment, and GBV Risk and Service Mapping Studies.

Interested Consultancy Firms with relevant sector experience are invited to submit proposals as per the detailed criteria in the ToR.

Guidance on Submission of Proposals

The following instructions must be followed when submitting proposals:

1. Technical Document

• Format: Soft copy.
• Submission Email: ethiopia.bidsubm@savethechildren.org
• Subject Line: "SCI-ET-2026-013 | Application to conduct Integrated Baseline, MHPSS Situation Assessment, and GBV Risk and Service Mapping Studies | Consultant Name"
• Deadline: No later than COB May 19, 2026.

2. Financial Document

• Format: Sealed envelope (Hard copy only).
• Details required on envelope: Bidder’s name, address, tender reference number (SCI-ET-2026-013), and tender title.
• Submission Location: SCI Ethiopia Country Office, Addis Ababa, Meskel Square, next to Marriott Hotel, Sunshine Building, 6th Floor, Supply Chain Office.
• Deadline: No later than COB May 19, 2026.
• Note: Submission of a financial document in a soft copy will result in disqualification.
